New Courses
To propose the creation of a new course in Simmons (either face-to-face or online), please use the following form:

To propose the modification of a course currently offered within Simmons, please use the following form. These modifications can include changing the course name, updating the course description, changing the course number, or changing the modality of a course (online to face-to-face, or face-to-face to online), or inactivating a course.

Create New Academic Programs
To propose the creation of a new academic program in Simmons (majors, minors, graduate degrees, certificates, etc.), please use the following form. This form should be used whether your proposed program will be face-to-face, online, or hybrid.

Modifying Academic Programs
To propose the modification of a program currently offered within Simmons, please use the following form. This form should be used to request academic-related modifications to a program such as (but not limited to):
- Change in program length
- Change to elective content in a program
- Change to the required courses for a program
- Change to program CIP Code
- Addition of transcribed specialization or concentration
- Change of department/school for a program
- Change in modality for an academic program

These changes may include changes to the academic calendar for a program, changes to admission policies/requirements for a program, renaming of an academic program, department, or major, etc.
