To support undergraduate enrollment, Student Success and Retention (SSR) contacts students who have one or more enrollment holds prior to their enrollment appointment. These communications, delivered via email and text message, work to encourage on-time enrollment and direct them to appropriate resources for resolution.

This outreach helps remove obstacles to registration and ensures students are able to take the next step in their academic journey.

In collaboration with the Office of General Education (OGE), Student Success and Retention conducts outreach to undergraduate students who were issued an enrollment appointment for the fall or spring semester but did not register on their assigned dayTo encourage timely enrollment, SSR sends personalized emails and text messages reminding students to enroll. OGE distributes postcards through Residential Community Directors to reach non-enrolled students living on campus.

This coordinated effort helps ensure students remain on track academically and reduces delays in registration.

SSR contacts undergraduate students who are not enrolled for the upcoming semester via text message to determine their intent to return to ¾«¶«´«Ã½. • No: Students are asked to complete the formal exit process to close out their ¾«¶«´«Ã½ academic record.

  • I wish to speak to someone: Students requesting help are contacted directly by SSR for personalized support.
