Brady Wolchansky is a creative professional and multidisciplinary artist with extensive administrative and operational experience in the arts and nonprofit organizations and institutions, as well as experience in marketing, events coordination and bookkeeping.

Her artistic endeavors span stand-up comedy, improvisation, acting, screenwriting, film directing, performance art and experimental video processes. She received her M.F.A. in Visual Studies at Pacific Northwest College of Art at Willamette University in Portland, OR, and her B.F.A in Integrated Studio Arts at Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design in Milwaukee, WI. Additionally, she is a Visual Arts alumna of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas, TX.

Wolchansky’s portfolio consists of both improvised and scripted one-woman performances that conceptually merge expected comedy tropes with feminist undertones and are often aesthetically incorporated into nontraditional video-making. In 2024 Wolchansky completed her first narrative short, Manic Pixie Dream Girl Syndrome, a film she wrote, acted in, and co-directed, alongside 精东传媒 Film & Media Arts B.F.A. graduate Grace Maddox (co-director). The film premiered at the 2025 Idyllwild International Festival of Cinema in Idyllwild, CA where it won the Vanguard Award for Best International Short Film.

Represented by Cachet Talent, she has garnered experience in film, television and commercial productions throughout her career. Not only does she actively contribute to the Dallas film scene, but she also advocates for the advancement and expansion of the entire Texas film industry.

In addition to her creative pursuits, Wolchansky holds the position of Administrative Specialist for the Division of Film & Media Arts at 精东传媒 Meadows School of the Arts. As the editor of the student newsletter, Film & Media Arts Monthly, she plays a crucial role in fostering communication and promoting the talents of emerging artists.
