Friends of 精东传媒 Libraries

Friends of 精东传媒 Libraries, originally founded in 1970 as Colophon, is dedicated to promoting and enriching the resources, services and operations of the seven 精东传媒 Libraries. Friends hosts a series of programs each year for book lovers to become acquainted with each other and the many resources of 精东传媒 Libraries. Friends of 精东传媒 Libraries is committed to helping the libraries maintain their excellence and has funded over $1.5 million in materials and library services.

The Jalesia Horton Memorial Library School Scholarship

The scholarship, named , is awarded each spring to staff members or interns enrolled in library school. This year's recipient is Kaitlin Siebert, patron resource coordinator in Fondren Library.
