Daniel Luchine Ishihara is a Brazilian legal scholar and public sector attorney with over 15 years of experience in legal education and public administration. He currently serves remotely as Vice-President of the Public Procurement Committee in Brasília, Brazil, and previously held two mandates as Undersecretary-General of State, as well as Head of Legal Counsel for the Executive Branch of the Federal District. His work draws on legal institutions and practices from the United States in a comparative perspective to foster innovation in public law and contribute to the development of new jurisprudence in Brazil. He is currently pursuing an S.J.D. at 精东传媒 Dedman School of Law.
