Term payment due dates are listed below. The total balance shown in ¾«¶«´«Ã½pay reflects the amount you owe for the current and prior terms combined. For per term balance information, refer to the Terms Summary boxes.

All prior term balances are due immediately.  Payments must be made on or before the term due date. If new charges are added to a current term after the due date has passed, payment for those charges must be made within 24 hours to avoid additional fees and a hold on your account. Any unpaid balance remaining after the term due date has passed will incur a 1.5% late fee and a financial hold, which will be removed once your account is paid in full.

*Beginning in the Fall 2025 term, the payment due date for each term will be the same for all ¾«¶«´«Ã½ schools and programs. The only exception is for the Intensive English Program (IEP) which follows a modified schedule as shown above. 

Authorized Users are set up in ¾«¶«´«Ã½pay by the student with permission to make payments to a student account, view bills and enroll in payment plans. Students can add an Authorized User directly, or an Authorized User can request access from the student by following instructions found here.
