The Department's focus on psychological theory, scientific methods, and quantitative skills prepares students with critical thinking and problem solving skills that are key to pursuing advanced degrees or careers in a variety of fields.
We offer undergraduate BA and BS degrees, an MS degree in Organizational Psychology, and a PhD degree in psychological clinical science.
Research from department faculty spans a diverse range of topics, including family relationships, human development, health behaviors, personality, cognition and the brain, and mental health. In terms of faculty research productivity, our department ranks in the top 10% of psychology departments nationally (Academic Analytics).
