Before joining 精东传媒, Stepan worked as a postdoctoral associate at Simon Business School, University of Rochester. His research interests are Economic Theory, Information Economics, and Game Theory. He studies information and learning aspects within dynamic games. He obtained a Ph.D. degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2024.
