McKee spent 30+ years in both public and industry accounting.  After 5 years in public accounting and an additional 7 years as a Controller, Director of Finance, and Consultant, he founded his company, Venturity Financial Partners, in 2001. He continues to apply practical knowledge from his firm into his Cox School courses. Beyond his career, he is an active volunteer in his community and serves on local boards. McKee's transition to academia continues to be informed by real-world problem-solving.
